Unfortunately, I viewed all of tutorials on Pixelmator, but there are less practical tutorial in Pixelmator, and I agree it is more friendly to use but still there are something which I do not know how to do, do you know how to extract or abstract a ICON with background transparent and PNG format from a image? Thank you letting me know it could replace photoshop, actually, I think photoshop is really hard and difficult for me to use, it mostly like for engineer but not for designers. Watching the videos has strengthened my decision to use Pixelmator more often than Photoshop at work. You have layers to rotate the ‘water’ behind the ‘woman’ just like in the Photoshop tutorial. Refining the edges of an image and using the layer filters are available too. All of the selection tools to isolate elements of an image in the very same way it was done in the video are there.
